We are a very friendly group and very happy for new members to join us. Our walks are approximately 4-5 miles of easy walking –  fairly local although we have walked on the Wirral and the Sefton coast.

Please contact the appropriate walk leader if you intend to join one of the walks (listed below) or if you need further details about that walk

We are very short of walk leaders so if you know of any good local walks and feel you could lead a group we would be very pleased to have you

11th JULY 2019

This is a walk that we haven’t done before, from Freshfield station to Ainsdale, parking at the Spitfire pub Kenilworth Road, Ainsdale PR83PH, meeting at 9.50am, we then walk to the station and get the train to Freshfield(the fare is about £2) we follow the railway to the Fishermans path, after that we take an interesting route through the woods and take in a variety of paths ending up back on the path to Ainsdale, we saw a lot of wild flowers and a large pond, so the walk was very enjoyable.

If you intend to join our walk and for further information on the route  please ring Jenny 01695 421574
