Pilates

Pilates is ideal for improving general fitness. Our Teacher focuses on gentler Pilates exercises, which aim to improve balance and posture as well as muscle tone. They are suitable for absolute beginners and can be extended for more experienced participants.

2019 – Spring Term 

There are 2 groups.

Tuesday:   8 January – 9 April

Friday:   11 January – 12 April

The term will run for 13 sessions (there is a break of 1 week for half term)

Cost:  £35 for 13 sessions.


If you would like a taster session at a cost of £3.00,  please phone the Tuesday or Friday Group Coordinator.

Courses must be booked and paid for before the term.

Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes.
