Physical exercise is one of the most effective ways of positively influencing our health, it keeps us happy and helps to maintain our independence.
During the natural ageing process, we lose balance, strength and flexibility. Introducing regular ‘PILATES’ exercises into your daily life can help us to improve and maintain all these areas of fitness.
Laura Gornell, our Pilates instructor, has over 20 years of teaching experience. Her knowledge and skills will take you through a series of exercises that can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness, in a safe and friendly environment.

Mat
Small towel / cushion
Water
Courses must be booked and paid for before each term.
