Pilates is ideal for improving general fitness. Our Teacher focuses on gentler Pilates exercises, which aim to improve balance and posture as well as muscle tone. They are suitable for absolute beginners and can be extended for more experienced participants.

If you haven’t tried Pilates before and would like a taster session at a cost of £3.00,  please phone Lorna or Pam.

Courses must be booked and paid for before the term.
