The 20th Annual General Meeting was held at 11 am on Thursday 29th June 2023 in the Ministry Centre, Christ Church, Long Lane, Aughton
Tea/coffee was available at Horizons in the Scout & Guide HQ prior to the meeting.
The agenda and supporting papers was available at Horizons, and published on the website after 10th June 2023, or available by request from the Secretary.
Nominations for election to the Management Committee and Motions to be put to the AGM must be sent in writing to PO Box 198, L39 6WY, or emailed to secretary@aughton-ormskirk-u3a.co.uk to be received by 6th June 2023.
If you would like a Nomination form you could contact any member of the Management Committee, but it was noted that Nominees must have agreed to stand for election and each Nomination and Motion must be proposed and seconded by a member of Aughton & Ormskirk u3a.
