A Summer (and now Autumn) of Sport

There have been some wonderful sporting events to sit and watch on the TV  this summer – golf, cricket, netball, cycling.  But if you feel like being more active, we have a good number of Groups in our U3A that provide a range of opportunities for members to get going – albeit at a more leisurely pace.

And now as the days get cooler, the U3A offers a good many indoor sports at a variety of local venues to keep you active this autumn eg table tennis, badminton, various forms of dance classes, 2 types of indoor bowling, Keep Fit at various levels, Tai Chi.
